Maple House in Birmingham was chosen as the first extension of the etc.venues portfolio outside London and sits proudly above Birmingham's Old Square.

Maple House features 17 training, conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 160 delegates in the largest room. Rooms are equipped with the latest technology including AV facilities, plasma screens and high speed wireless internet access. All rooms have air-conditioning and natural daylight that flood in through the large windows that extend across the building.
