Conference Aston, Birmingham

Conference Aston offers three meeting, conference and banqueting venues in the heart of Birmingham. At Conference Aston there are over 30 conference and meeting rooms available year round, accommodation up to 235 delegates and a further 650 during the summer months. Residential conferences can also be catered for, with 162 en-suite bedrooms available year round with an additional 400 in the summer.

The Lakeside Centre is a purpose-built, self contained non-residential meeting and events venue within the Conference Aston portfolio. It is available for individual meetings, or for exclusive use, lending itself to be fully corporate branded to launch a new product into the market, host award ceremonies or entertain clients with a prestigious banqueting event.

For private dining and banqueting, we can accommodate up to 250 guests. Choose your menu from our Banqueting Menu Selector or meet with the Chef and create your own menu. In the summer months, weather permitting of course, our courtyard is the perfect venue for a pre dinner drinks reception, or for an informal barbecue evening – the choice is yours.

Sports Centre now Re-opened
Aston University’s new sports centre is now open after a £5m refurbishment. The Doug Ellis Woodcock Sports Centre is open to staff and students of Aston University in addition to delegates and guests at Conference Aston. Facilities include: fitness suite with 120 cardio and weight stations, fitness and dance studios, sports hall, swimming pool, steam and sauna, improved basketball, netball and badminton facilities.
 

Conference Aston is located in the heart of Birmingham, just off Junction 6 of the M6. With 24 purpose built, fully equipped conference and meeting rooms, we can accommodate any number of delegates on day and 24hour packages.
