Conference Centres of Excellences, the UK's leading consortium of dedicated venues, has announced aCCEss 05, its first ever exhibition and open day for agents and corporate customers. Bringing together 36 exceptional venues - including some of the country's most established and successful names -- the event takes place in London on Tuesday 7 June.
aCCEss 05 will be held at one of the consortium's most historic member venues, the Royal College of Physicians in Regent's Park, London. It will begin at 1600 hours with a session dedicated to corporate customers and from 1830 to 2030 hours the focus will be on agents.
The event has been developed to help clients understand the scope and breadth of the CCE organisation. It is the UK's only consortium of independent conference and meeting providers, all of which offer dedicated facilities providing a completely focused service and an environment free of distraction from transient business.
Through CCE, member venues work together to communicate to customers the advantages of dedicated provision. All have been required to achieve the conference industry's most stringent audited quality standards in terms of conference and support facilities, accommodation and customer care.
aCCEss 05 will include displays by each member venue and a range of suppliers who support HR development programmes. The guest presenter will be Lesley Everett, Europe's leading personal branding coach. The event is sponsored by Conference & Incentive Travel magazine.
CCE members range from established centres to successful new providers, some located near town and city centres and others in rural locations and country estates. The geographical spread of member venues embraces London and the South-East, the East and West Midlands, the South and West and Scotland. Membership includes such established names as Ashridge, Warwick Conferences, Sundial, Wyboston Lakes, Imago at Burleigh Court and The Robinson Centre together with successful newer names such as the Cotswolds Conference Centre, Kents Hill Park and Woodland Grange.
"We want to make sure that current and potential customers understand the powerful advantages of dedicated provision and how we can help them realise those benefits," said CCE Chairman Chris Clarke: "CCE provides comprehensive venue-finding support which adds value to the outstanding facilities each of our member venues provides."
