Chefs' Challenge 2011
The Chefs' Challenge competition is open to any Chef who works within Conference Centres of Excellence or whose centre is a registered member of the International Association of Conference Centres.
The competition is judged by a panel of professionals from the hospitality industry and the 12 finalists will be invited to compete in a cook-off on Saturday 29th October 2011 at Stratford College.
Judges, sponsors and competitors will be invited to an Awards Dinner on Saturday 29th October at Scarman House, University of Warwick, Coventry. Any CCE or registered IACC member may also attend with as many guests as they wish.
